Impact Reporting Packages

  • Professional Impact Slide Deck ($2,000 Add-on): A comprehensive visual report detailing usage data, completion metrics, and learner feedback. Available for purchase by all Program and Multi-Org Tiers.


  • Annual Legislative/Board Briefing ($4,000 Add-on): A live or recorded 45-minute virtual briefing session for your Board of Directors, State Legislative committees, or other governing/interested body, facilitated by EECG Leadership. Available for purchase by Program Tier 4 and 5 and Multi-Org Tiers C–G; included at no additional charge in Tier H.


Recycled Seat Policy


If an employee with a seat on Elevated PD leaves, the organization may release that seat for someone else in the organization. A 30-day "cooldown" period follows to allow for data updates. After the cooldown, the seat becomes available for a new hire or different staff person at no additional cost. It is the organization's responsibility to notify us when an employee’s employment status changes and necessitate the deactivation of seats.


Auto-Renewal Policy (Mandatory for All Tiers)

To ensure uninterrupted platform access and data continuity, auto-renewal is a requirement for all participating organizations, including Tier 1 ($0/Free).

  • Program Tiers 1-3: Required Credit Card on File. Renewals process automatically every 10 months for the next 12-month term.
  • Program Tiers 4-5 & All Multi-Org Tiers: Required Credit Card on File, multi-year Purchase Order (PO), or a signed Institutional Pledge confirming commitment to payment every 10 months for the next 12-month term understanding that delayed payments may incur charges or cause disruption of services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations before 10th month payment: If cancellation occurs before payment no payment will occur. If cancellation occurs within 1 week of payment a full refund can be provided minus a 10% administrative fee (calculated based on the annual base fee and additional seats purchased).  Auto-renewal for the following year will be stopped.
  • Cancellations within Months 1-3: Organizations will be charged for and have access to 6 months of service at their tier rate, plus a 25% administrative fee (calculated based on the annual base fee and additional seats purchased).  Auto-renewal for the following year will be stopped.
  • Cancellations after Month 3: No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current term. Auto-renewal for the following year will be stopped upon formal cancellation request.

Sustainability & Payment Assurance Policy (Year 1 Exclusive)

  • Eligibility Window: March 1, 2026 – December 1, 2026.
  • 3-Year Rate Lock Commitment: Organizations that agree to a three-year service term will lock in the current Year 1 Pricing for the entire 36-month period. This commitment is not automatic and requires a formal, signed agreement, which the organization can cancel at anytime. The 3-year rate lock is a commitment to 3 years not a payment of 3 years, though if desired organizations can pay for the full 3 years.
  • Rate Lock Preservation & Adjustability:
    • The locked-in rate applies to the original tier price for the duration of the 3-year commitment.
    • If a budget or seat adjustment is required, a new institutional attestation will allow the organization to transition to the appropriate tier at that tier’s original Year 1 locked-in rate, for the remainder of the 36-month/3-year agreement.
      • Example: If in year 1 and 2 an organization is at tier 4 and then in year 3 the organization is at tier 2, if a new attestation is provided in time, the organization will pay the 2026 tier 2 rate for that final year.
  • Discontinuation/Cancellation Penalty: Early discontinuation or cancellation of service before the 36-month term is complete will automatically void the Rate Lock. The organization will lose the benefit of the year 1 pricing and all subsequent payments will be subject to the standard that is offered at the time of the discontinuation or during a subsequent renewal process.
  • Invoicing Cycle: Year 2 and Year 3 payments are due in subscription Month 10 of the preceding year.
  • Year 3 Loyalty Bonus: If in Year 3 the organization signs up for a 4th year, the organization will receive 10–20 Bonus Seats (dependent on tier and availability) to either keep and use or to donate to the Scholarship Pool.


Live Professional Development

Training on most course topics (and beyond) is available for live delivery (virtual or in-person). These sessions provide high-touch coaching and implementation support for your staff. Must contact Elevated PD for customized quotes and details.

Scholarship Anchor Add-On

EECG/Elevated PD is committed to providing 5 free seats to organizations with budgets at or below $75,000. We strongly believe that for adult education to reach its full potential and fully support its students the field as a collective must learn and grow together. For far too long adult education has asked its smallest organizations to make a way out of no way, while often helping those most in need. To better level the field and provide for those organizations we hope that larger organizations would help support this cause. Organizations can purchase Scholarship Anchor Seat Bundles in groups of 10 for $1,000 to be allocated to the EECG pool for under-resourced programs. Organizations that purchase these seats have no rights to the seats and cannot decide how they are distributed. Organizations are encouraged to spread the word to smaller organizations to subscribe to Elevated PD for the free or reduced cost seats
